World’s Largest Barbershop Opens at Makkah Clock Tower to Serve Pilgrims

Makka: The iconic Clock Tower in Makkah is now home to the world’s largest barbershop, built to top international standards. This modern facility is specially designed to offer fast and high-quality grooming services for pilgrims and Umrah visitors.

The new barbershop features 170 barber chairs and can serve more than 15,000 worshippers every day. On average, each person is served in less than three minutes, showing just how efficient the service is.

This project is part of Saudi Arabia’s continued efforts to improve services for pilgrims visiting the Grand Mosque. It also supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to enhance the overall experience for visitors from around the world.

The opening of this large-scale grooming center reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to comfort, care, and innovation during the sacred journey of Hajj and Umrah.
