World Sports Summit in Dubai Announces New Global Sports Stars as Speakers

Dubai will host the World Sports Summit on December 29 and 30 at Madinat Jumeirah, under the theme “Uniting the World Through Sport”. The event is one of the biggest sports meetings in the world and will bring together famous athletes, leaders, and experts from many countries.

The Organising Committee announced a new group of speakers, raising the total number to 70 speakers. These speakers include well-known sports stars and champions from different games.

Among the new names are Italian football legend Francesco Totti, American football star and Super Bowl winner Victor Cruz, and Spanish football hero Andrés Iniesta. The list also includes Sue Bird Cash, a famous figure in women’s basketball, Brazilian football great Cafu, former NBA player Baron Davis, Spanish tennis star Paula Badosa, and former American football champion Marques Colston.

The World Sports Summit is the largest event of its kind. It brings together top decision-makers in sports, international experts, sports stars, sports organisations, investors, and new thinkers. They will meet to share ideas, talk about challenges, and help shape the future of sport around the world.

More than 1,500 people from different countries are expected to attend the summit. The event will feature over 20 discussion sessions, making Dubai a global meeting point for sports leaders and innovators.

Earlier, the summit had announced its first group of speakers, who are known not only for their success in sports but also for their humanitarian work.

The event will also host the 13th edition of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Sports Award. This award will be presented in a new format that supports Dubai’s vision of sports excellence. It highlights the role of sport in helping communities, supporting development, and inspiring positive change around the world.
