Winners of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Photographic Award for Arabian Horse Announced in Morocco

El Jadida: The winners of the 11th Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Photographic Award for Arabian Horse have been announced during a special ceremony at the Horse Exhibition in El Jadida, Morocco.
The event, organized by the Union of Arab Photographers (UAP), celebrated the beauty and heritage of Arabian horses while honoring talented photographers from across the Arab world.
This year’s winners are:
- Arabian Horse Beauty Category: Fatima Abdel Fattah El-Sayed from Egypt
- Tbourida (Fantasia) Category: Younes Koussira from Morocco
- Horse Events and Festivals Category: Salem Sarhan Al-Sawafi from the UAE
- Equine Videography Category: Samer Saeed Saeed from Syria
The award ceremony was attended by Dr. Habib Marzak, representative of the Horse Exhibition, who praised the high artistic level of the competition and said it has become a leading cultural platform in the Arab world.
Adeeb Shaban, President of the UAP, thanked His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his support, which has helped create a valuable archive of photographs and films showcasing Arabian horses. He highlighted the growing number of participants, showing the increasing passion for this unique art.
In an exciting new development, Youssef bin Shukr Al-Zaabi, Vice President of the UAP, announced the launch of a new Artificial Intelligence category in future editions of the award. This step will give photographers the chance to use AI tools creatively, supporting innovation in line with the UAE’s vision for the future.
The Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Photographic Award continues to shine as a global stage where tradition, creativity, and technology meet, celebrating the timeless beauty of the Arabian horse.
