Umm Al Qaiwain Launches AYA Beachfront Residences

On May 12, 2025, a special ceremony was held in Umm Al Qaiwain to mark the foundation stone of the AYA Beachfront Residences. This exciting new project is a collaboration between Deyaar Development and Umm Al Qaiwain Properties, designed to strengthen Deyaar’s position in the UAE real estate market. The project is set to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2027.
The first phase of AYA Beachfront Residences will offer 442 high-end residential units, ranging from one- to five-bedroom apartments.
