UAE Wins Big at Abu Dhabi Grappling World Tour Khaled Al Shehhi Takes Gold

Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Grappling World Tour ended today at Mubadala Arena in Zayed Sports City. The event brought together hundreds of athletes from more than 50 countries. It was organized by the Abu Dhabi Jiu-Jitsu Pro (AJP) Federation.

Grappling is a kind of ground fighting where athletes try to win by using skill and strength. This year, the UAE team finished in first place with 31,000 points. Brazil came second with 30,600 points, and Russia took third place with 19,000 points. This shows how much the UAE team has improved and grown stronger.

Khaled Al Shehhi, an Emirati athlete, won the gold medal in the professional category. He had several tough matches but showed great strength, smart moves, and strong focus. After winning, he said that this moment is very special and thanked the leaders of the UAE for their support. He said the matches were difficult, but he stayed ready and determined.

Another big winner was Pouya Rahmani. He won the gold medal in the heavyweight category.
