Dubai Police Achieves Historic Milestone with 46 Nations Competing

Dubai: The UAE SWAT Challenge 2025 has officially entered the Guinness World Records for hosting the largest international tactical teams (SWAT) competition. This year’s event, held at Training City in Al Ruwayyah, Dubai, welcomed 46 countries, surpassing the previous record of 45 nations.

Dubai Police Receives Guinness World Record Certificate

Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, accepted the Guinness World Record certificate. Hanan Spears, an adjudicator from Guinness World Records, presented the award during the ceremony, which high-ranking officers and SWAT team leaders attended.

A Recognized Global Achievement

During the event, Hanan Spears praised Dubai Police for their accomplishment:

“This is now an official Guinness World Record with 46 nations, exceeding the required threshold of 45. After reviewing the attempt, I confirm that all guidelines have been met. Congratulations on this incredible achievement!”

Fierce Competition Among the World’s Best Tactical Teams

The UAE SWAT Challenge 2025, organized by the UAE Ministry of Interior and hosted by Dubai Police, features 105 teams from 46 countries. Participants compete in five intense challenges designed to test:
