UAE Real Estate: DAMAC Properties Expands to Ras Al Khaimah with New ‘Shoreline’ Project

DAMAC Properties, a prominent UAE real estate developer, has announced its entry into Ras Al Khaimah with the launch of Shoreline by DAMAC. The project, located on Al Marjan Island, marks the company’s inaugural development in the emirate.

Shoreline by DAMAC, situated on Island 4, will offer 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments and duplexes with direct beach access. The development is a collaboration with Vincent Faudemer’s BABOLEX luxury collection, following their previous partnership on the Coral Reef by DAMAC project in Dubai.

The project aims to provide residents with views of the Arabian Gulf and amenities including landscaped gardens, fitness centres, running tracks, swimming pools, wellness areas, and a sunset bar with floating cabana.

DAMAC’s expansion into Ras Al Khaimah aligns with the emirate’s growing popularity among expatriates and investors. The 2023 Expat City Ranking placed Ras Al Khaimah as the world’s fourth-best city for expatriates to live and work.
