UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Arrives in Cairo for Fraternal Visit

Cairo, March 22, 2025: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan arrived in Cairo today for a fraternal visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt, where he was warmly welcomed by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

The reception took place at Cairo International Airport, where President El-Sisi greeted His Highness and the accompanying UAE delegation. The two leaders exchanged greetings and best wishes, especially in honor of the holy month of Ramadan.

In a friendly meeting at the airport’s VIP lounge, both leaders spoke about the strong and historic relations between the UAE and Egypt, reflecting the deep bonds between the two brotherly nations.

President Sheikh Mohamed is accompanied by a high-level UAE delegation, including:

• H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs
• H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan
• Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Advisor to the UAE President
• Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for National Security
• Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology
• Dr. Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the President’s Office for Strategic Affairs and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office
• Khaldoun Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority
