UAE Ministry of Human Resources finishes 13 million AI services without human help in 2025

The UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced that it completed about 13 million services using artificial intelligence and automation in 2025 without any human involvement. These services were completed from the start of the year until December 10, 2025.

The Ministry said this major step shows how fast the UAE is moving toward smart government services. The use of AI helped make services quicker, easier, and available at all times. This work supports the Zero Government Bureaucracy program and the national vision We the UAE 2031, which focuses on digital growth and a stronger labor market.

The smart system covers many Ministry services and has greatly improved how work is done. By using AI, the Ministry reduced paperwork, saved time, and improved service quality. The system works smoothly with other government platforms, helping businesses get services faster and without delays.

The Ministry also continues to train its staff and improve digital systems to manage smart automation efficiently. This allows companies and workers to receive services quickly, anytime and anywhere.

900,000 work permit quotas approved automatically

As part of this digital progress, the Ministry shared results from its AI system for work permit quotas. This system studies business needs and gives quotas automatically based on real data. It helps companies grow by providing workers when they are needed.

From the beginning of the year until October, the AI system approved around 900,000 work permit quotas. During the same period, it completed more than 11 million automated transactions.

The upgraded system reduced human involvement by 56 percent. Between February and October, about 175,000 requests out of 310,000 were handled fully by automation.

One of the biggest improvements is speed. Requests that once took up to 10 days are now approved in just one second if no human review is needed. This means faster decisions and fewer errors.

The AI system gives initial quotas automatically after checking if a business is eligible. For extra quotas, the system uses smart predictions to decide if approval is possible. If more review is needed, the request is sent to a special committee.

The system also learns over time. It studies new data and business patterns to make better decisions in the future. This makes the results more accurate and reliable with each use.

This achievement highlights how AI is helping the UAE build a faster, smarter, and more efficient government for businesses and workers alike.
