UAE Floating Hospital Welcomes Indonesian Doctors in Al Arish

Al Arish: The UAE Floating Hospital in Egypt has welcomed a new group of 25 doctors and nurses from Indonesia. This is the third team to arrive as part of Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, a joint effort between the UAE and Indonesia to help people in need.

The Indonesian team will work with Emirati doctors to care for patients from Gaza. The hospital helps people with serious injuries and gives them high-quality medical care. Opened in February 2024, the hospital has 100 beds, modern surgery rooms, and special care units. So far, it has given over 8,600 medical services, done more than 3,300 surgeries, and helped patients with therapy and artificial limbs.

This teamwork shows how the UAE and Indonesia are working together to support people in need through strong humanitarian efforts.
