UAE Calls for Strong Action to Help Sudan in London

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) took part in an important meeting in London to talk about Sudan. Many countries came together to find ways to help the people of Sudan who are suffering because of war.

Lana Nusseibeh, a top UAE official, spoke at the meeting. She said the war in Sudan is hurting many people. She talked about the violence, hunger, and the dangers people face every day. Some people can’t get food or medicine because help is being blocked.

The UAE wants the world to work together to stop the fighting and help the people. Lana said we need strong and real actions, not just words. She also said Sudan needs to have peace led by regular people, not by armies.

The UAE believes only the people of Sudan can make their country better. They need a government led by civilians, not soldiers. She said the world must support them in this journey. Lana also spoke about how Sudan’s problems affect nearby countries. She said we must stop groups that cause trouble, like terrorists, and protect the sea and land from danger.

The UAE asked the United Nations to do more to stop people who block food and help from reaching those in need. Lana said no one should be allowed to make people starve or hurt those who are trying to help. She also talked about how women in Sudan are working hard to help their country. She said they must be included in all plans for peace because they are strong and brave, and have already helped a lot in the past.

The UAE has already given over 600 million US dollars to help people in Sudan and nearby countries. This money helps give food, water, and shelter to those in need. The UAE works with the United Nations to make sure the help goes to the right places. While in the UK, Lana met with leaders from other countries to talk more about how to help Sudan. The UAE promised to keep helping the Sudanese people and to work with others to bring peace and hope.
