UAE beats South Korea in Rugby World Cup Qualifiers

The UAE national rugby team won a very close match against South Korea, 38-36, in the second round of the 2027 Rugby World Cup Asian qualifiers. The exciting game was played in Seoul on June 21, 2025, and the score was tied 21-21 at halftime.
This important win gives the UAE team a better chance to qualify for the 2027 Rugby World Cup in Australia. Their next and final qualifier match will be on July 4 against Sri Lanka in Colombo.
The team that finishes first will go straight to the World Cup. The second-place team will get one more chance in the final qualification round, which will be held in Dubai from November 8 to 18.
