TRENDS Showcases More Than 450 Research Publications at Beijing International Book Fair 2026

Beijing, June 21: TRENDS Group took part in the 32nd Beijing International Book Fair 2026, presenting more than 450 peer-reviewed research and academic publications at the UAE House pavilion in Beijing.
The participation highlighted TRENDS’ growing role in sharing knowledge and building stronger cultural and academic ties between the United Arab Emirates and China. Through its latest research publications, expert discussions, and academic meetings, the group aimed to support learning, innovation, and international cooperation.
Visitors to the TRENDS pavilion included senior government officials, diplomats, researchers, and academics. Many explored the group’s research projects and advisory work, praising its efforts in producing knowledge and studying future global developments.
As part of the event, the TRENDS delegation met with Peking University, one of the world’s leading universities. The discussions focused on future cooperation in regional and international studies, strengthening Arab-Chinese relations, researcher exchange programs, and organizing joint training initiatives.
TRENDS also held a dialogue session with the School of Arabic Studies at Beijing Foreign Studies University. Both sides discussed ways to work together on research projects, increase translation efforts between Arabic and Chinese, and launch specialized training programs for young researchers.
The Beijing International Book Fair continues to serve as an important platform for cultural exchange and academic collaboration, bringing together publishers, researchers, and institutions from around the world.
