Bangkok: The Central Islamic Council of Thailand (CICOT) awarded the First-Class Medal for Influential Global Islamic Personality of 2024 to Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Alsheikh, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance.

Arun Boonchom, President of the Bangkok Islamic Affairs Committee, presented the medal during a ceremony held in Thailand. Dr. Al Alsheikh is in the country leading Saudi Arabia’s delegation at the 3rd ASEAN Summit.
