H.H. Sheikh Hasher bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, President of the UAE Tennis Federation, crowned Stefanos Tsitsipas as the winner of the 33rd Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships. The Greek star claimed the men’s singles title after an electrifying final against Canada’s Felix Auger-Aliassime, winning 6-3, 6-3.
The championship, a key ATP 500 event, was held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. The thrilling finale took place in front of a packed crowd at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium, marking the end of an exciting week of world-class tennis.
A Week of High-Level Tennis Action
The tournament featured eight of the world’s top 20 players, attracting global attention as one of the most prestigious events on the ATP calendar. Over the past two weeks, the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships hosted both WTA and ATP competitions, bringing together the best male and female players in the world.
In the men’s doubles final, India’s Yuki Bhambri and Alexei Popyrin secured the title after a dramatic three-set battle against Harri Heliovaara (Croatia) and Henry Patten (Great Britain), winning 3-6, 7-6, 10-8.
