H.H. Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of H.H. the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, has reaffirmed her commitment to serving the nation. Speaking at the fourth edition of Our Forum, she highlighted the importance of loyalty, dedication, and self-awareness in creating a united and thriving society.

Sheikha Jawaher emphasized that working in government is more than a job—it is a responsibility rooted in a desire to give back to the community. She stated:

Her remarks came during Our Forum, a biannual event held at the Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre, where employees from 25 organizations under her leadership gathered to exchange ideas and develop their skills.

Sheikha Jawaher reflected on her journey, which began with a group of women dedicated to creating opportunities for women and children in Sharjah.

“When we started, it was about love for our nation and people,” she said. “Our joy was in the smile of a child who succeeded, a woman discovering her talent, or a family regaining stability.”

She stressed the importance of prioritizing the community’s needs, viewing each child, woman, and man as part of a larger family.

This year’s forum focused on Self-Awareness, providing employees with tools to unlock their potential. Renowned speakers led interactive sessions:

• Dr. Khalid Ghattas, an expert in self-development, shared strategies for overcoming challenges and boosting confidence.
• Dr. Hanaa Namankani, a life coach, explored how self-awareness improves relationships and communication.
• Salah Abu Al Majd, a mindset-building specialist, offered techniques for achieving balance and success.

The sessions emphasized self-reflection, managing emotions, and building stronger relationships in professional and personal settings.
