AL AIN: Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan opened the Innovation Oasis and the Advance AgriTech Academy in Al Ain, both created to help the UAE grow food in smarter and more sustainable ways.

The Innovation Oasis is a large research center where scientists will use advanced technology like robots, smart sensors, and clean energy to grow food in hot weather and save water. It also includes greenhouses and special test farms to try new ideas for farming.

The AgriTech Academy will train young Emiratis with hands-on learning and career guidance, helping them become future leaders in smart farming. It works with top universities and experts from around the world.

Sheikh Hazza also witnessed a new agreement between Silal and UAE University to support students with scholarships and boost research in food and farming. These new centers aim to make farming in the UAE stronger, smarter, and more ready for the future.
