Riyadh: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Alkhorayef, has finished a two-day official visit to Kuwait. The visit was all about making business ties stronger between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, especially in factories, oil, and mining.
The minister joined the 54th Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Industrial Meeting, where ministers from different Gulf countries talked about how to work better together. They want to make it easier for countries in the Gulf to trade, build factories, and create more jobs.
Minister Alkhorayef also met with important leaders from Kuwait, like the Minister of Commerce and Industry Khalifa Al-Ajeel and the Minister of Oil Tareq Al-Roumi. They talked about working together to build more factories and grow businesses in both countries, especially in petrochemicals, which are materials made from oil.
During his trip, the minister also met with Kuwaiti businesspeople. He told them about investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia, especially in mining and industry. The meeting was held by the Saudi Embassy in Kuwait, and Saudi Ambassador Prince Sultan bin Saad was there too.
This visit is part of Saudi Vision 2030, a big plan to make Saudi Arabia a top country in industry and mining. The goal is to grow the economy, make more jobs, and attract investors from all over the world.
