Saudi Arabia Unveils Riyadh Declaration for Inclusive and Impactful AI at Global Forum

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has announced the Riyadh Declaration during the 19th session of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), held in Riyadh and organized by the United Nations. The declaration marks a major step toward advancing artificial intelligence (AI) for the benefit of all.

What is the Riyadh Declaration?

The Riyadh Declaration focuses on making AI inclusive, innovative, and impactful. It aims to promote the use of AI to address global challenges, boost digital access, and enhance economic value worldwide.

Abdullah Alswaha, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology, stated that this milestone was achieved with the support of HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
