Saudi Arabia Honors Cultural Scholarship Graduates
Ministry Recognizes Achievements of Talented Students
The Ministry of Culture will host a special ceremony on Thursday to honor the graduates of its Cultural Scholarship Program. Under the patronage of Minister of Culture Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, the event will celebrate the achievements of these talented individuals and their contributions to the cultural sector.
Launched in 2019, the Cultural Scholarship Program is a pioneering initiative that offers scholarships in 13 cultural and artistic fields. The program provides comprehensive support, covering tuition, living expenses, medical insurance, and travel. To ensure academic excellence, the ministry closely monitors the progress of scholarship recipients.
The program has recently expanded to include 118 new accredited colleges, bringing the total number of participating institutions to 278 worldwide. This expansion aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 and aims to support and nurture national talent in the cultural and arts disciplines.
The Cultural Scholarship Program has proven to be a valuable platform for developing cultural leaders. By providing access to world-class education, the program is equipping graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to contribute meaningfully to the Kingdom’s cultural landscape.
The ceremony will serve as a testament to the success of the program and the dedication of its participants. It will also highlight the importance of investing in cultural education and nurturing talent in order to foster a vibrant and dynamic cultural scene in Saudi Arabia.
