Saudi Arabia Attends Mauritanian President's Inauguration

Saudi Arabia has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with Mauritania. Deputy Foreign Minister Waleed Al-Khuraiji represented the Kingdom at the inauguration ceremony of President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani in Nouakchott.

Strengthening Diplomatic Ties

Following the inauguration, Al-Khuraiji held discussions with President Ghazouani to explore avenues for enhancing cooperation between the two countries. The meeting focused on identifying areas of mutual interest and exploring opportunities for collaboration.

Saudi Arabia’s participation at the highest level underscores the importance it attaches to its relationship with Mauritania. The Kingdom’s delegation, led by Deputy Foreign Minister Al-Khuraiji, conveyed the congratulations of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to the newly re-elected president.
