Riyadh Governor Opens Third Global Conference for Giftedness and Creativity

Riyadh: Governor of Riyadh Region, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, inaugurated the third Global Conference for Giftedness and Creativity on Sunday. The event is held under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Focus on Talent and Innovation

Organized by the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, known as Mawhiba, the conference is hosted at the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) from November 24 to 26.

With the theme “Beyond Creative Minds,” the event highlights the potential of talented individuals worldwide. It aims to create an integrated care system for nurturing gifted minds, strengthen global partnerships, and promote international collaboration in creativity and innovation.

Global Experts and Activities

The conference gathers over 300 gifted individuals and international experts from more than 50 countries. It features:

• Six dialogue sessions and eight workshops.
• The “Creative Creation” program with four unique tracks.
• Keynote speeches addressing innovative solutions for today’s challenges.

Additionally, attendees can explore an accompanying exhibition and participate in cultural visits organized on the conference’s sidelines.

Prince Faisal was welcomed at the venue by prominent leaders, including:

• Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation.
• Yousef Al-Benyan, Minister of Education.
• Suleiman Al-Zaben, Chairman of Mawhiba’s Board of Directors.
• Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Sharif, Acting Secretary-General of Mawhiba.
