Dubai: The International Property Show (IPS) 2025 began with talks on how to make cities smarter and real estate easier for everyone. Leaders from around the world discussed new trends, including Dubai’s fast-growing property market, which hit AED 761 billion in deals in 2024. Majid Al Marri from Dubai Land Department shared plans under the Real Estate Strategy 2033, including smart rental tools and digital systems.
IPS President Dawood Al Shezawi said over 300 top companies are joining the show to support Dubai’s real estate goals. A new platform called Deed was also introduced. It helps people invest in Dubai properties starting from just AED 500, making it easier for more people to join the market.
