RAK Ruler joins RAK Properties 20-year celebration

RAS AL KHAIMAH: Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, attended the 20th-anniversary event of RAK Properties, held at the Anantara Mina Ras Al Khaimah Resort. Among the guests were senior government officials, business leaders and Sheikh Khalid bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Vice Chairman of the Investment and Development Office.
Sheikh Saud praised RAK Properties for its major role in developing the emirate’s real estate and hospitality sectors, saying its projects have supported economic growth and made Ras Al Khaimah more attractive for residents, investors and tourists. He added that the emirate is pursuing a long-term vision to improve quality of life, diversify its economy and draw high-value investments and that RAK Properties remains a key partner in achieving those goals.
Established in 2005 with government backing, RAK Properties has built many integrated residential, commercial and tourism projects, including hotels and resorts in partnership with international firms helping shape Ras Al Khaimah’s modern development landscape.
