PureHealth shareholders approve AED600 million dividend for 2025
ABU DHABI: PureHealth Holding PJSC said its shareholders have approved a cash dividend of AED600 million for the financial year ending December 31, 2025.
The decision was approved during the company’s Annual General Assembly. The dividend shows the group’s strong business growth and its plan to give steady returns to shareholders.
PureHealth said the total dividend is about 30 percent of its net profit. The money will be paid in two equal parts of around AED300 million each. The first payment will be made on or before May 2, 2026, and the second on or before August 31, 2026.
The company also shared its financial results for 2025. Revenue reached AED27.3 billion, rising 5.7 percent from the previous year. EBITDA grew 16.1 percent to AED4.8 billion, while net profit climbed 17.7 percent to AED2.0 billion.
PureHealth said the strong results came from good growth in its healthcare and insurance businesses. The company also continued to grow outside the UAE, including its purchase of Hellenic Healthcare Group.
The group added that around 50 percent of its assets are now based outside the UAE. This shows how PureHealth is becoming a bigger international healthcare company.
Shaista Asif, Group Chief Executive Officer of PureHealth, said 2025 was a strong year for the company. She said the group is growing around the world and using more data and artificial intelligence to build a better and more connected healthcare system.
She added that the company wants to improve patient care, support longer and healthier lives, and create long-term value for shareholders.
