NEOM Unveils Magna: A 120km Luxury Sustainable Tourism Oasis

NEOM has unveiled Magna, a groundbreaking development set to redefine luxury sustainable tourism. Spanning 120 kilometers along Saudi Arabia’s stunning Gulf of Aqaba coastline, Magna will combine twelve exquisite resorts under one banner.

Magna comprises twelve distinct destinations, each boasting its own unique identity:

These destinations seamlessly blend together, offering a diverse range of experiences for residents and visitors. Sustainability is woven into the very fabric of Magna, with a focus on conserving and rejuvenating the surrounding natural beauty.

NEOM CEO Nadhmi Al Nasr emphasizes Magna’s role in driving economic diversification: “Magna will play a key role in building a strong tourism ecosystem within NEOM, contributing positively to national economic diversification efforts and Saudi Vision 2030 goals.” The project is projected to create 15,000 jobs and contribute significantly to the Kingdom’s GDP by 2030. Magna also anticipates welcoming over 300,000 annual visitors and accommodating 14,500 residents.
