Riyadh: The National Housing Company (NHC) recorded sales of more than SAR 2 billion on the first day of Cityscape Global 2024, marking a successful start for the region’s largest real estate developer.

NHC’s booth, which is the biggest at the event and spans 2,000 square meters, attracted thousands of visitors, showcasing the company’s latest real estate developments such as Khuzam, AlFursan, and Sudaym. The booth highlights NHC’s innovative architectural designs and modern housing solutions, which aim to meet the needs of today’s market.

The exhibit also presents smart technology solutions designed to regulate and advance the real estate market. In addition, NHC is emphasizing its strong partnerships with top developers to drive economic growth, strengthen local investments, and boost national content.
