Dubai: Najah Dubai 2024, one of the UAE’s largest education events, officially started on October 6 at the Arena Hall, Dubai World Trade Centre. This year’s event brings together more than 100 universities from over 20 countries, offering students a wide range of higher education opportunities, both locally and internationally.

Thousands Flock to Explore Global Education Options

The event has drawn thousands of visitors, including students and parents from across the UAE. Attendees can explore educational institutions from regions like the UAE, USA, UK, Canada, European Union, Singapore, and Mauritius, with universities showcasing thousands of academic programs to choose from.

Insightful Seminars and Q&A Sessions

Najah Dubai is known for its series of specialized seminars and live Q&A sessions. These sessions provide valuable information about university entry requirements, the application process, funding, scholarships, and career placement opportunities. Visitors can interact directly with experienced education professionals to get personalized guidance on their future educational journeys.

KHDA Highlights Scholarship Opportunities

Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) participated in the event, offering insights into the Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme. This initiative, part of the Dubai Social Agenda 33, provides outstanding Emirati students with scholarships to attend prestigious global universities. The programme supports the Education 33 Strategy, which aims to enhance Dubai’s educational and global competitiveness.

Maitha Bin Turkeya, Scholarship Advisor at KHDA, emphasized the importance of early career guidance to help students choose the right educational path. “Our goal is to ensure students can explore top-tier universities both locally and internationally. Through the Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme, we aim to build future leaders who can make a mark across various sectors in Dubai,” she added.

Positive Feedback from Visitors

Dima Al Sadi, Event Director for Najah, highlighted the overwhelming positive feedback from attendees. She remarked, “Najah Dubai has become the go-to platform for students seeking global education. It serves as a trusted bridge connecting students in the UAE with international universities.”

Event Details

Najah Dubai 2024 will continue until October 8 at the Arena Hall, Dubai World Trade Centre. Following this, Najah Abu Dhabi 2024 will take place from October 27 to 29 at the ADNEC Centre.
