Dubai, Arab Times News: The NABIDH platform, which keeps all medical records in one place in Dubai, now holds more than 10.4 million patient records. This shows how fast Dubai’s health system is using digital technology to improve healthcare.
By the end of June 2025, the platform had connected 1,888 healthcare centers and clinics, along with 53,659 doctors, nurses, and other medical workers. NABIDH also works with 91 different computer systems that store medical records.
Thanks to NABIDH, doctors and hospitals can quickly and safely access patient records. This helps them make better and faster decisions, which means patients get the care they need more quickly.
The Dubai Health Authority says NABIDH is very important for the city’s digital health future. It helps emergency services respond faster and supports researchers and government leaders with good information. It also brings public and private hospitals together in one strong system.
Dr. Mohammed Al Redha, who helps lead Dubai’s smart health efforts, said that these big numbers show how much people trust NABIDH. He said the system helps doctors do their jobs better, improves the lives of patients, and supports smart planning for the future.
NABIDH connects with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to avoid repeating tests, reduce mistakes, and give each patient one full medical file. This file can be updated anytime and shared securely with other doctors if needed.
