Ministry of Tourism Signs Agreement With Sabbar to Boost Job Creation in the Sector
The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Tourism (MoT) has signed a significant agreement with Sabbar, a leading recruitment platform, to promote job creation within the Kingdom’s tourism industry. The signing ceremony took place in Riyadh.
The agreement was established by Hind Al-Zahed, who leads human-capacity development at the MoT, and Mohammed Taha Ibrahim, the founder and CEO of Sabbar. Sabbar operates as a digital platform, connecting job seekers with potential employers.
This collaborative effort aims to ensure that Saudi citizens have increased opportunities for employment within the tourism sector. This aligns with the strategic goals outlined in the Kingdom’s ambitious Vision 2030 plan, which emphasizes diversification and job creation within key sectors like tourism.
The Ministry of Tourism is committed to fostering the development of Saudi tourism companies. By partnering with Sabbar, they aim to create high-quality job opportunities within the private sector. The agreement will also facilitate the establishment of a comprehensive database of qualified individuals seeking employment in the tourism industry.
