Jizan: A new project called the Jaydana Waterfront is set to change Jazan City in a big way. Announced by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) at the TOURISE 2025 event, the project will help make Jazan one of the top new tourist places on the Red Sea.
RCJY said the project supports Saudi Arabia’s plan to grow its economy and give people a better quality of life. The goal is to create a special destination that shows the beauty of the Kingdom’s southern coast. The project will also connect tourism with the city’s growing industries.
The Jaydana Waterfront will cover more than three square kilometers along the Jazan City coast. It is expected to attract over $2.9 billion in investments during the first stages. This shows that many investors believe Jazan will become a strong tourism and business hub that supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
The project will include many exciting features such as resorts, luxury hotels, a marina, seaside restaurants and cafes, a long walking promenade, open spaces for events, a water sports center, and a modern conference and exhibition center. The design mixes modern style with the southern region’s traditional look, creating a colorful and welcoming place for fun, culture, sports, and relaxation.
RCJY has invited investors and real estate developers to check out the new opportunities available in the Jaydana Waterfront, as the project prepares to bring new life and energy to Jazan’s Red Sea coast.
