Interior Ministry Wins Best Awareness Film Award at Arab Civil Defense Conference
Baghdad: The Ministry of Interior has received the 2025 award for Best Awareness Film for its production titled “The Role of Artificial Intelligence and Modern Technologies in Supporting Civil Protection Operations.” The award was presented during the periodic awareness and educational film competition organized by the General Secretariat of the Arab Interior Ministers Council, held within the 20th Arab Conference of Heads of Civil Defense Agencies in Iraq.
Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani presented the award to Major General Dr. Hammoud bin Suleiman Al-Faraj, Director General of Civil Defense.
The competition is designed to encourage creativity and excellence in producing visual works that carry awareness and educational messages in the field of civil protection.
