Mecca: The Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud, went to Arafat to make sure everything is ready for the pilgrims coming for Hajj this year. He is also the head of the Supreme Hajj Committee.
During his visit, he met with the people in charge of Hajj services, both from Saudi Arabia and other countries. He told them it’s very important to work closely with the police and safety teams. This helps make sure that all pilgrims are safe and can move around easily.
He also said everyone must follow the set times to go to Arafat and do the stoning ritual. This is to make sure people don’t get too tired or sick from the heat.
The minister visited some of the tents where the pilgrims will stay on the Day of Arafah. These camps have been made better with new services to help the pilgrims have a smoother and safer experience. This check-up is part of making sure that Hajj is safe, peaceful, and well organized for everyone.
