Health Minister Fahd Al-Jalajel Inspects New Medical Facilities in Madinah

Saudi Arabia’s Health Minister Fahd Al-Jalajel has embarked on a tour of new medical facilities in Madinah, underscoring the Kingdom’s commitment to enhancing healthcare quality and efficiency. This initiative aligns with the Health Sector Transformation Program and Pilgrim Experience Program under Vision 2030.

The minister’s visit to the newly inaugurated outpatient clinic at King Fahd Hospital marked a significant milestone in Madinah’s healthcare upgrade. He also inspected several developmental projects, including primary healthcare centers and Al-Salam Hospital, engaging with residents to gather feedback on healthcare services.

The healthcare developments in Madinah are having a substantial economic impact, with new projects exceeding SR180 million ($48 million). This includes the clinic at King Fahd Hospital and upgrades to seven primary care centers, such as Al-Aziziyah and Al-Khalidiyah.
