Hamdan bin Zayed Opens New Campus of Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities in Al Dhafra

AL DHAFRA: His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region, inaugurated the new campus of the Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities in Zayed City, Al Dhafra.
The opening is part of the university’s plan to expand across the UAE and offer advanced academic programs in humanities and Islamic studies. Sheikh Hamdan said the new branch represents an important step in enhancing education in the region and reflects the UAE leadership’s commitment to building a strong academic environment that nurtures national talent.
He praised the continuous support of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, noting that such initiatives align with the UAE’s vision to empower youth, promote quality education, and uphold the values of tolerance, moderation, and responsible citizenship.
Dr. Mohammed Rashid Al Hameli, Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees, said the new campus strengthens the university’s academic presence nationwide and supports its mission to prepare qualified graduates who contribute to the nation’s progress.
The ceremony was attended by several Sheikhs and senior officials.
