Industry giants like Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank anticipate a surge in popularity for residential and commercial properties near the airport due to Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai. Furthermore, Standard & Poor’s Global credit ratings agency foresees a significant impact on Dubai’s economy and real estate sector, particularly in areas surrounding the airport. Savills, another leading real estate services firm, expects the airport expansion to trigger the development of numerous infrastructure projects in the vicinity.
