Dubai hosts UAE-Kuwait defence meeting to grow friendship and teamwork

Dubai: Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum met Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah in Dubai to talk about how the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait can work closer together. The Kuwaiti minister is visiting the UAE to join the “UAE & Kuwait: Brothers Forever” week. This is a special week with events in all emirates to celebrate the strong friendship between the two countries.

Sheikh Hamdan welcomed the guest and said he is proud of the deep bond between the two nations and their people. He explained that the UAE and Kuwait keep growing closer in many areas like development, security, and cooperation. He said the two countries are like brothers and share dreams for a happy future. He added that Kuwait and its people are dear to the UAE and respected for their wisdom and kindness.

Sheikh Hamdan also said that celebrating UAE–Kuwait ties shows love and respect from the UAE to Kuwait. It also shows that both sides often agree on regional and global issues and want to stand together in the Gulf Cooperation Council.

The meeting was attended by several UAE ministers and senior officials. They talked about new chances to work together in different fields and how to build more projects that help both countries grow.

Both sides agreed to keep building strong ties, create new ways to cooperate, and support sustainable development. Their goal is to give their people a better and more successful future.
