Dubai Chamber of Commerce has started a trade mission to Malaysia and Cambodia from 24 to 28 November, bringing together representatives of UAE companies and entrepreneurs. The visit aims to explore new business partnerships and support the expansion of Dubai-based companies into fast-growing Southeast Asian markets.
The mission will open new communication channels with government agencies, economic institutions and major companies in both countries. It also includes bilateral business meetings to help build long-term trade and investment relationships.
The delegation will join a series of official meetings that highlight the investment climate in Malaysia and Cambodia. The programme will also showcase the opportunities for Dubai companies to set up offices in these markets and increase trade through exports and re-exports.
Dubai Chamber of Commerce organises such trade missions to strengthen the competitiveness of the UAE business sector. These visits help local companies understand emerging markets, follow economic developments and make informed decisions about international expansion.
The mission is part of the Chamber’s ongoing efforts to support the growth of national companies, open new export and investment paths and strengthen the UAE’s presence in promising Asian markets. Through direct engagement with officials and potential partners, the Chamber aims to help Dubai businesses expand globally and explore opportunities in different economic sectors.
The trade mission is organised in cooperation with several partners, including the UAE embassies in Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok, Malaysia’s Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry, the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia, the Council for the Development of Cambodia and the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce.
