Dubai: The 13th Emirates Hematology Conference ended today in Dubai after three busy days of learning and sharing. More than 500 doctors and health experts from 10 different countries came together to talk about blood diseases and how to treat them better.

The event was led by Dr. Asma Sultan Al Olama, President of the Emirates Society of Haematology. She said that the conference shared over 60 research ideas from top doctors. These ideas can help improve how we find and treat blood problems like blood cancer, lymphoma, and other diseases that are not cancer.

Doctors also talked about exciting new treatments like gene therapy and a special kind of treatment called CAR-T cell therapy. These treatments help the body fight diseases using the power of its own immune system.

The conference helped doctors learn from each other and think of new ways to help patients. It also encouraged more teamwork between countries and more training for young doctors. This Dubai medical event is important because it helps improve the lives of people with blood diseases in the UAE and around the world.
