Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Represents UAE at APEC Forum in South Korea

GYEONGJU, South Korea:On behalf of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, led the UAE delegation at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum held in Gyeongju. The event brought together leaders and representatives from major global and regional economies.
In his address, Sheikh Khaled conveyed the greetings of President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and expressed the UAE’s support for strengthening economic partnerships that promote sustainable development and benefit all member nations.
He emphasized the importance of international cooperation in addressing current global economic challenges and highlighted the UAE’s commitment to building an open and integrated world economy that supports growth, innovation, and shared prosperity.
Sheikh Khaled thanked South Korean President Lee Jae-myung for hosting the summit and praised the excellent organization and warm hospitality. He reaffirmed the UAE’s dedication to enhancing global collaboration in key sectors, including advanced technology, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, healthcare, and precision industries.
The APEC forum remains an essential platform for dialogue and partnership, encouraging trade and investment across the Asia-Pacific region. The UAE delegation also included senior officials such as Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Dr Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Saeed bin Mubarak Al Hajeri, Saif Saeed Ghobash, Maryam Eid AlMheiri, and Abdulla Saif Al Nuaimi, UAE Ambassador to South Korea.
