Core42 and Solutions+ Join Hands to Build Safe AI Systems in UAE
ABU DHABI, May 5: Core42, a company under G42, has signed a new partnership with Solutions+ to create secure and smart AI systems across the Mubadala Investment Company Group and government offices in the UAE.
The announcement was made during the Make it in the Emirates exhibition in Abu Dhabi. Under the agreement, Core42 will provide cloud computing, data centers, and AI infrastructure. Solutions+ will handle implementation services and data management for companies and government clients.
Solutions+ will also use Core42’s Compass API and local AI computing systems to support its WEAVE AI platform. This will help businesses create and run advanced AI applications safely inside the UAE using sovereign infrastructure that follows national rules and data protection standards.
The partnership will also allow Solutions+ to lead Oracle Fusion and OCI services for selected business accounts connected with Core42. The goal is to improve speed, better control, and smooth delivery of digital services.
Nasir Al Nabhani, Managing Director of Solutions+, said the partnership combines strong AI infrastructure with practical implementation skills to help companies adopt AI faster and more safely across the UAE.
Talal M. Al Kaissi, CEO of Core42, said the agreement strengthens Core42’s role in supporting large-scale AI projects with secure and reliable infrastructure designed for real-world use.
The two companies already worked together before, but this new agreement expands their cooperation as demand grows for AI-ready systems in the UAE and the wider Middle East region. The partnership may also support future projects for private companies and government clients outside the Mubadala Group through joint business opportunities and reseller agreements.
At the Make it in the Emirates event, G42 and Mubadala Group companies are showcasing new technologies and industrial projects that support the UAE’s digital future and long-term economic growth. The new collaboration between Core42 and Solutions+ is expected to help build stronger sovereign AI infrastructure and support digital transformation across the country.
