Dubai: Arada has officially started construction on the ultra-luxury Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah. The first construction contract has been awarded, marking a major step forward for this prestigious project.

This exclusive development combines world-class design with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s iconic skyline. Created in partnership with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and world-renowned architect Tadao Ando, the project features:

Construction Milestones

The first construction contract has been awarded to International Foundation Group LLC (IFG), a Dubai-based specialist in deep foundation and ground solutions. The initial phase includes shoring, piling, excavation, and dewatering, which is expected to be completed by March 2025. The main construction contract will be awarded in the first quarter of 2025.
