ACRES 2025 Showcases Top Real Estate Projects in the UAE

The Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition, ACRES 2025, held from January 22 to 25 at Expo Centre Sharjah, brought together major real estate developers to showcase their latest flagship projects. Organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) in collaboration with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), the event highlighted investment opportunities across Sharjah and the UAE.

Real Estate Highlights at ACRES 2025

1. White Rock Real Estate
   • As the exclusive partner of Aldar Properties, White Rock presented Aldar’s newest real estate projects in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah.
   • The company’s pavilion attracted a high number of visitors, reflecting its successful debut at ACRES 2025.
   • Representatives shared details about Aldar’s innovative residential and commercial developments, emphasizing the strong demand for investment opportunities.
2. Arada’s Safa Community Launch
   • Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, highlighted the launch of the Safa project, a cluster of luxury apartments in the Aljada megaproject in Sharjah.
   • Featuring 660 premium apartments with one- to three-bedroom options, each home includes smart features and access to Aljada’s sports complex.
   • Investors were offered a 50% reduction on property registration fees during the exhibition, further boosting interest.
   • Arada reported a 48% increase in sales compared to last year, driven by growing investor demand.
3. Alrasikhoon Real Estate Projects
   • CEO Khalifa bin Harib Almheiri shared details about the company’s residential, industrial, and commercial land projects across Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Sharjah.
   • Alrasikhoon’s participation emphasized its commitment to creating sustainable investment opportunities.
4. Madain Properties – Mada’in Square Launch
   • Dr. Yousuf Al Mulla, CEO of Madain Properties, unveiled the Mada’in Square project, a 3-million-square-foot integrated community in Sharjah.
