10th Edition of Expand North Star Opens Today at Dubai Harbour

Dubai: The 10th edition of Expand North Star, the world’s largest gathering for startups and investors, opens today at Dubai Harbour and will run until Wednesday, October 15.
Organised by the Dubai World Trade Centre and hosted by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, the landmark event offers exceptional opportunities for growth, investment, and collaboration while reinforcing Dubai’s role as a global leader in innovation and technology.
Expand North Star 2025 highlights Dubai’s competitive advantages as a global destination for partnerships between investors and startups from across the world, especially those pioneering advanced technologies. This year’s edition, the most ambitious yet, introduces new initiatives designed to enrich the startup ecosystem and accelerate digital entrepreneurship.
Among the new features is ScaleX, a curated market access programme that connects 50 of the fastest-growing tech scaleups with investors and partners. Another key addition is North Star Green Impact, a dedicated zone spotlighting startups focused on environmental and climate innovation. The event will also host the Deeptech MEA Summit, which explores advancements in AI and robotics, alongside the Digital Assets Forum that examines trends shaping the evolving global financial system.
Returning features include the Supernova Challenge 2.0, the world’s largest startup pitch competition with a prize pool of US$250,000. The Corporate Arena will once again provide a premier networking platform linking corporate leaders, founders, and investors. Meanwhile, specialised events such as Marketing Mania and the Tech Transfer Innovation Forum will bridge the gap between research, marketing, and business strategy.
