During her tenure at Saudi Aramco, Sara led the design of the IR 4.0 Immersive Virtual Reality Training Center, enabling trainees to acquire critical skills in safe, simulated environments. She also played a key role in the development of the Eastern Province Driving Academy (EPDA), inaugurated by HRH Prince Naif Bin Salman Al Saud, which empowers women to embrace independence and mobility.
At KAUST, Sara initiated the Space2101 Program in collaboration with NASA scientists, providing STEM training to Saudi youth and inspiring future innovators. She has also been instrumental in professional development initiatives, space AI projects, and fostering ecosystems of learning to support strategic growth.
As an Internationally Certified ICF PCC coach, Sara has completed over 500 hours of coaching through her company, BOCO Life, helping leaders and organizations worldwide overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their potential.
